Can artificial intelligence take over the human resources department?

Artificial intelligence has the potential to create art, music, poetry, plays, and even video games. In 2022, we can expect more complex and "seemingly natural" creative output from our increasingly inventive and capable electronic companions as new models like GPT-4 and Google's Brain redefine the boundaries of what's possible.

Across nearly every industry, artificial intelligence is shaping the future of humanity. It is already the primary driver of emerging technologies such as big data, robotics, and the Internet of Things, and it will continue to be a technological innovator in the foreseeable future.

At Amazon, we believe that, in addition to skills, we must consider whether the candidate is culturally compatible with the company. So, even before we consider the

skill, we consider whether the person will be able to align themselves with the culture. As a result, the traditional CV can only do so much justice to what the person has to offer. I believe there is a lot that we gather through a very intensive interview process, on which we rely heavily.

Throughout the last two decades, there has been increasing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in the business environment. This paper discusses the position of Human Resources recruitment and selection, which is a component of HR management, in terms of incorporating AI solutions. The following issues are addressed in the paper: To what extent will humans use artificial intelligence to hire humans? To what extent and in what ways will AI affect the jobs of recruiters? What are the roles of organizations and human resource managers in this transformation? To that end, a collection of literature and proposed models, as well as examples of the most commonly used temporary artificial intelligence solutions for human resource acquisition, have been reviewed in order to analyze and comprehend the previous contribution.

Most importantly, the software developed by MindX is available in 32 languages. An asset that human HR cannot handle. MindX can also automatically set up a job interview in more than 180 countries, which eases companies' logistics and helps them save time.

Artificial intelligence would also be able to provide an unbiased analysis of candidates, compared to the potential bias and fallibility of human HR.

According to Career Building, a lack of HR automation has a negative ripple effect on a business and increases negative candidate experiences by 18%.

AI could also focus on performance and cultural assets while providing a career-alignment analysis.

However, data-driven HR would affect not only its external activities but also its internal software. It has the potential to free up employee time in areas that require a human touch.

Currently, approximately 35% of HR professionals are concerned about AI. According to reports, artificial intelligence should play a role in 55 percent of global HR departments.

However, according to Rosemary Haefner, CareerBuilder's Chief Human Resources Officer, "what robots and AI can't replace is the human element of HR that shapes the company culture."

It's all about "grey-ing things," according to Haefner, while robots will think in "black and white."

According to Carolyn Broderick, Senior Analyst, "HR must consider how humans and machines will collaborate." Currently, only 7% of HR employees believe a robot could do their job.
